Why do I see a different booking number in the app than is listed on my confirmation?

This can happen if you have booked your room via a third-party provider rather than our website or app. You will then have a different booking number on your confirmation than in the app and on My Pages. But don't worry, you're booking is confirmed and you will get the same great level of service regardless of how you booked your room!
