Can I use a Service Station if haven’t booked via the website?

Yes, you can! However, if you would like the see the booking in the app, it will have to be linked to your membership. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance.

The Service Station is a tablet situated in the hotel lobby allowing you to check in or out by yourself or with assistance from the hotel staff.
