How can I cancel a stay in the app?

Some bookings can be canceled directly in the app. Select the booking that you wish to cancel, navigate to the "My booking" tab and select "Make changes". You can then choose to cancel your stay. If you believe that it should be possible to cancel your booking, yet the "Cancel" button is not appearing, then please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
