We've made things nice and easy for those of you looking for a venue for your next meeting, interview, teambuilding event or conference. Go ahead and check out the overview of what's available in your preferred destination. 

Where are you going?

On the page for your selected city, you can filter the results and find the facilities that match your requirements. Do you need a venue for 500 people? Would you like to sit back and sweat in a sauna after your meeting, or how about a nice dinner together with your colleagues? Whatever your preferences, you can easily filter your results for such specific requests too. You'll also get a quick overview of the number of conference rooms and hotel rooms at each hotel, and how many participants can be accommodated in the largest room. The map view quickly allows you to see where the hotel is located. So, you can just choose whether you like the idea of bustling city life or more calming natural surroundings. When you're ready to submit your request, you can send it to all hotels that you're interested in at the same time. The smart thing about our conference bookings is that you can add all the venues that interest you and then submit your request to all hotels at the same time.

How to request a conference room

Begin by entering a destination or hotel, as well as the number of participants and press "Search". The little green icon will take you to the form to submit your request. Enter your requirements and click on the "Continue" button to see an overview. Then, just click send! We look forward to welcoming you to one of our hotels some time soon!
