Do I get bonus points for if I have a booking but do not check in?

Making a booking and then not actually staying at a hotel (and not cancelling) is what is known in the industry as a no-show. You will not get bonus points for this, even if the stay is prepaid. You will therefore have to check in and stay in the room in order to earn bonus points for a stay.
