Our à la carte restaurant, Kitchen & Table by Marcus Samuelsson, serves exciting dishes with inspiration from Manhattan – and Bergen. You'll find meat, fish and vegetarian options on the menu, with many local ingredients from Bergen and the surrounding area. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is actually part of the Bergen Flesland airport complex. It is often frequented by both our guests and by residents of neighbouring Fana and Ytrebygda.
We serve a wonderful breakfast buffet with everything a hotel breakfast should have. Freshly baked bread, eggs, bacon, fruits and many other options, some healthy choices and some less so, but all delicious. We also offer a wide selection of organic products.
Our talented chefs have more or less revolutionised the lunch buffet concept. With plenty of nutritious, energising food that's prepared using only the freshest locally produced ingredients, we're setting a whole new standard for hotel buffets. We serve wonderfully fresh salads, pickled vegetables and a wide range of colourful, mouth-watering dishes prepared using Norwegian ingredients and exciting herbs and spices. Dinner is served in our à la carte restaurant, Kitchen & Table. Treat yourself to the flavours of Manhattan combined with lovely, local ingredients and a great atmosphere. The windows offer views right over the Flesland runway. The restaurant is the result of a collaboration between Clarion and Swedish master chef, Marcus Samuelsson. Marcus has prepared dinner for President Obama, cooked with Michelle Obama on Good Morning America and won Top Chef Masters when he competed against 21 other well-known chefs. Our restaurant is popular among local residents and hotel guests alike. Hotel and restaurant guests can park in one of our 30 parking spaces free of charge.
Bar Kitchen & Table Bar has a large selection of drinks to suit all tastes, both with and without alcohol. Draw your day to a close with a cup of complimentary coffee or something else in our newly renovated bar, adjacent to Kitchen & Table.
