Clarion Hotel® Bergen Airport Terminal

Nice modern hotel right next to the airport. Parking underneath the building. Good breakfast, didn't have dinner. About €50 for a taxi into centre of Bergen. No complaints, it does the job and I'd stay again.

My overall review is good/average, hotel delivered what they supposed- hotel room with bed, tolilet and quite alright breakfast as for Norwegian/Scandinavian standards. But paying extra for a hotel which didn't had a basic room amenities such as water kettle made me suprisingly disappointed. Bed was alright, bathroom was clean, view for standard room was alo alright, especially for my limited time in the hotel. What I'm mostly distapointed is hotel crew, stiff, unflexible and pushing hard on sales, rather to check in with machine next time instead.

If you need to stay close to the airport, this is the BEST hotel. Breakfasts and dinners there are simply amazing. BUT if you plan to visit the city, I advise you to choose a hotel in the city. Because even by train, it is far from the city

All you (well I,) need in an airport hotel. Easy walk from the terminal, quick easy check in, ok quick bite restaurant, comfortable, albeit small room. Bed fine, very good breakfast, but! Air-conditioning thermostat does not work or has been overidden, which made for a stuffy night with poor sleep. The room is completely sealed, no opening windows so no way of regulating temperature. We all have our own room temperature preferences, so please allow us to set them. Could have been a 5!

I am a returning guest using this hotel due to its closeness to the airport. When I arrived this am I was told that I can only get my room after 12. A detail I knew but honestly did not believe as I am used to get a room all over when available upon arrival. The fact the I will be out of here at 4:30 am tomorrow did not make an impression. So now I sit in the lobby like some kind of unwanted guest minding by own business. If the management honestly beleive that I (or any of my colleagues) ever will return to Clarion then they are totally disconnected from reality. Glad that their business is so good that they can permit themselves this luxury!
