With purpose-built event spaces for up to 500 people, free WiFi and a location just 40 minutes from Stockholm airport in Sweden, the Aronsborg Konferenshotell is made for business. Fresh country air, waterfront vistas and a spa are just a bonus.

Our indoor pool and acuzzi, plus male and female saunas, make the super-cool relaxation area a great place to enjoy a little me-time when you can step away from the laptop. Alternatively, try a workout in the gym or bask in the solarium.

Treating yourself to some good food after a day of meetings is simple here: all you have to do is choose between our three dining venues. Restaurant Mälaren serves lunches, dinners and an award-winning breakfast buffet, complete with fresh bread from our bakery. Restaurant Lilla Mälarviken is a venue with a country house feel that serves up our indulgent chocolate-themed afternoon tea. For light bites and snacks, just pop into the bakery – you can see us at work on the next batch of bread.

For conference networking or brainstorming late into the night, head out onto our terrace for inspirational views over the water, drinks and food. You can also get a cocktail, wine or beer with colleagues at our playful confectionery-themed Chocolate Bar. There's even a nightclub on site for when you really want to let your hair down. You might have noticed chocolate is a bit of a theme here. We think some indulgence after all your hard work is important. So why not offer conference guests some fun at our chocolate school, where they can learn to make pralines and truffles? If you prefer some more active team-building exercises, we can organise everything from cycling to boating on Lake Mälaren or clay-pigeon shooting. We even have a football pitch and golf driving range on site.
