The largest conference centre in the Nordics
The new conference centre, adjacent to Comfort Hotel® Copenhagen Airport and Clarion Hotel® Copenhagen Airport, is challenging conference centres all over the world. Newly opened in March 2021, it stands as the Nordics' largest conference centre, seating up to 2 150 guests - or 5 propeller aircrafts - in one congress hall!
After such a long time without social gatherings it's time for a proper event. The Hangar is the place where you can gather your whole organisation to motivate all stakeholders towards the reopening of the concept of normal workdays. If you are planning a smaller event the conference centre also offers several modern meeting rooms and smaller conference halls.
New Comfort Hotel®
Finding a bed for all far-travelling conference guests is no problem. Comfort Hotel® Copenhagen Airport lies adjacent to the conference centre and together provide almost 1000 hotel rooms. Despite its status as a budget hotel, its profile does not match traditional budget hotel standards. The ambience is shaped by the various services and common areas - you can get some work done in between meetings in the work area, network with likeminded people over a steaming cup of coffee in Barception or clear your mind over a round of table tennis in the lobby. After a long day you can look forward to relaxing in the 10th floor bar, overlooking the runway and counting take-offs.
Copenhagen Airport is the nearest neighbour
Are you tired after a long day of travelling and just want to get to the hotel without running to catch the bus or train? You're in luck, because you practically cannot get any closer to the airport without actually being inside the airport. As it is located right outside Copenhagen Airport, your conference guests will stay dry all the way from Terminal 2 to the entrance of both Comfort Hotel® Copenhagen Airport, Clarion Hotel® Copenhagen Airport and the conference centre. Local guests get here in only 15 minutes from Copenhagen Station. This also gives ample opportunity for conference guests to explore the amazing city of Copenhagen, go for a carousel ride at the world renowned Tivoli or experience real Danish baked goods at the city haven.
