There is a parking garage at the hotel. Valet parking is available if required. Find out more about the parking service here.
There is a luggage room where you are welcome to store your luggage both before and after your stay.
All our hotel rooms and public areas have free WiFi. Simply ask for the access code at the reception, or use your Nordic Choice Club membership number to log in to our wireless network. It really couldn't be easier!
Did you forget to pack something? No problem – we have just about everything you might need in the reception - toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shoe polish and sewing kits. Please let us know if there's anything else you need - we'd be happy to help you get it.
Want to surprise someone?
Do you want to surprise your companion or make your stay extra special? Our optional menu has special treats that you can order up to your room, but please make sure to place your order by 4pm the day before you arrive. If you’re planning to pop the question, let us help you add that special something to the moment with champagne, flowers and an upgrade to one of our suites.

The Clarion Hotel Stockholm is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please contact us for more information.
We take our guests' security very seriously and fully comply with GDPR legislation. This requires us to obtain the names of all those staying at the hotel. As part of our security procedures, we are therefore unable to check in guests without a booking after 10pm. You can find information about our fire safety procedures in every hotel room.
