Clarion Collection® Hotel Carlscrona

Stayed at the hotel, as was recommended by a colleague. Hotel was very pleasant and perfectly fine but nothing made me feel it was above average. Location: Easy walking distance for centre of Karlskrona. Parking: Hotel parking available but limited. Breakfast: Ok Room: Bathroom nice, room a little basic and noisy as on main road. Atmosphere: Ok. Would I stay again - probably.

I was here with my crew of 24 persons for over 12 days in total. The staff was very friendly and our crew was happy. We had changed from the Scandic and will continue here at the Clarion for our next prolonged stay. Pay attention that this hotel has breakfast and dinner included. The quality was good.

The hotel is in the perfect location, five minutes away from the train station and about ten minutes away from all the city sights, including the must-see Maritime museum. The reception staff wqs great throughout the day, giving useful tips for not only Karlskrona but other surrounding towns. The single room was small but with great harbour views and a super comfortable bed. The real highlight is the hotel restaurant which not only offers a beautiful, rich breakfast but the dinner is also automatically included in the stay. They advertise it as a light dinner but in reality it is a huge dinner buffet spread with lots of salad options, soup as well as a warm dish. The bar has a not too large but a very nicely chosen wine selection to accompany the meal. Would not hesitate to return here if visiting Karlskrona again.

A very nice newer hotel, with a wonderful room and private bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The meals were very good, with a variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I went to the Naval Museum, which was within walking distance from the hotel. The parking was in a separate lot which was just a short walk from the hotel. The cost to park was very reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Great hotel with newly renovated rooms, floor heating in the bathroom, comfy beds, nice size room. Very good choices for breakfast. Nice little garden to sit in. Professional staff at the reception with the extra touch of friendliness. Breakfast, fika in the afternoon and dinner is included in the price! Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will gladly come back!
