A Caesar salad done well is one of those standards that any restaurant with a claim to competence should be able to handle. The one I have just eaten at the Clarion Pier Hotel in Gothenburg was served with additional flair, with the chicken barbecued on a skewer. Some of the lettuce was also barbecued and with an unusual amount of lemon juice. Everything else was perfectly balanced. All in all, a Caesar salad I will remember for a long, long time.

Booked a bonus night at Clarion Hotel The Pier for New Year's Eve 2022. Got a bigger room than booked, so big plus there! The room was completely ironed and had a good view of the lake in Gothenburg. Didn't experience any noise either and we slept well in the king-size bed, which had lovely, large pillows. Extra big plus for the Rituals products that were available in the bathroom.

Small room, not a location for leisure. You need to waear your own cloth to the relax department, but while you are there, there is no place that you can store your cloth. Unconfortable. Restaurang Fei is too noisy.

Good evening BoShui, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review following your stay at Clarion Hotel The Pier. Although we of course wish you would have enjoyed more aspects of your stay we very much appreciate the feedback and take it onboard so that we can improve. The hotel is located in the business area of Lindholmen about two bus stops away from the central station however very soon the ferry going to the city center will stop right on our doorstep. A really new hotel, with great beds, shower with nice soap and schampoo. The personal is great and you feel very welcome. The breakfast included all you could think of. We also tried the lobby restaurant and the food was tasty. Could really recommend this hotel. Close to the bus stop and it took about 8 minutes to the city center.
