Quality Hotel™ Pond

Staff are absolutely brilliant. Good location, handy for local offices Great food, both breakfast and evening meal. I've been working for a local company for the last few weeks, decided to give this hotel a try due to its location, short walk to work. Staff have been brilliant, have really enjoyed my stays at the hotel. They've created a great friendly atmosphere, which is really appreciated at the start and end of the day. Very helpful with any queries i've had, with shopping etc, as well as travelling into Stavanger. Restaurent has been great, both for breakfast and evening meal. Discussing and advising on the menu, especially with the Norweigan cuisine such as Riskrem, which i really enjoyed. I do have concerns with eating when i'm away, as i'm diagnosed with heart failure, with my heart pumping blood at a reduced level. When i've eaten the wrong food in the past, i've ended up in hospital with blue hands and feet. But, the staff for answering my questions, ensuring i wouldn't have any problems. Already got my next stay booked, i'm back next week. Really looking forward to the great service again. Thank you.

A very nice hotel. The staff were excellent . The brakfast was very tasteful. The restaurant and bar are also worth a try. I always use this hotel when commuting to Stavanger/sandnes. I can recomend this hotel

It was so limited in variety in room’s standard, restaurant, breakfast, and coffee or tea than other hotels and needs updates Also , should increase the waiting area by adding more facilities, the room rate is higher than the available services.

If you are working at Forus or in Stavanger/Sandnes area this hotel is perfect for you. Ver nice staff. Always helpful and welcomes you every timr you arrive. Good food at cofrtable rooms. The breakfast starts at 0600 which is very nice for people that starts their job early

The quality pond hotel is one of those rare finds. I stay here on average once every 6 weeks for 3 nights or more and every time I feel at home, well taken care of and have everything I need. The staff are the nicest bunch of individuals I have encountered in a hospitality setting - sounds over exaggerated but it’s very true. A young, happy, service oriented team who treat you like a valued guest. I enjoy speaking with them. The rooms are warm, comfortable and have everything you need. Apple TV for connectivity in the rooms is a nice touch as is the under floor heating in the bathrooms. Spotlessly clean over all. The gym is excellent and the motivational, hand written messages on the gym mirrors and in the lifts are a genuine human touch. The food is excellent and as a vegan the chef made excellent off menu food which I hugely enjoyed, brilliant service. I’ve stayed all over the world in total luxury and the service in the quality pond really is second to none. Thank you for making a home from home.
