Awful self check in which failed mid transaction. Almost one month later I am still waiting for refund because they charged me twice and are totally incapable of refunding back to credit card. I would think twice about staying here.

Clean,cozy and walking distance from the city center. Ideal for a short city break. Room is good sized, bed was so comfortable. Staff helpful during stay and keen to offer advises on things to do in Oslo.

Budget and basic hotel near few steps from Oslo city centre. Rooms are quite small and dark but have bathroom and TV. The common hall has laundry and a fridge where to keep your own food and drinks. In the morning the hall tend to be quite messy. Basic prices are without breakfast. The Wifi in the room where I was staying was running uncontinously.

Are you dependent on good air quality then choose another hotel. Got a room against an atrium without the possibility of opening the window. This caused poor sleep quality as the air system was out of order or simply very poor. Negative: TV remote control did not work and poor choice of channels. Heating in the bathroom was switched off despite cold temperatures outside. Missing drinking glass. Missing bath mat. The beds are too narrow. Positive: Good service. Clean. Silent. In Oslo city center. Cheap. They said the hotel would be renovated in the near future. So don't stay here until they finish this and the quality is as expected in terms of price.

Stayed here one night. Room was okey with great views! Bed was comfy, but rather on the small side. Staff at the ground floor was great - even though you don't interract much with them as you check in on a machine :-) Overall a good hotel!
