We had three nights in this hotel. The location was great and the breakfast was generous. But our little room was sad and dark and so small. Our window was small and not openable and the lights were minimal with only one reading light. Oh well you can’t win them all.

How can we be so bad welcomed in à hôtel? The guy was not disposed to help us when we arrived. Our few questions seemed to disturb him greatly. It may be necessary to review the guest promise : « we are relaxed » and « the hotel will give you what you need » which are totally opposite of what reality is.
