We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. We are sorry about the room not being made up the second day and we follow up this matter. We are undergoing a renovation and when the renovation is finished we will have better ventilation system with cooling for these hot summer days. This is a old hotel and some of our double rooms are on the smaller side unfortunately. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. We do not have air conditioning in our rooms and when we now are refurbishing the hotel with start this month, we are going to install a new ventilation system that will make sure the hotel is much cooler on the hot summer days, when finished. We inform at check in and in the room that you must let us know if you want stay cleaning, you can do this at any point before 10 Pm a day in advance for your stay.
