Hey Anuragsharma21, thank you for your important feedback to us! Regarding hotel rooms, we never recommend double rooms for 3 people, as this quickly becomes cramped. There are still options for guests who want to save a few kroner to choose this solution, to reduce costs around larger rooms and extra beds. Therefore, I would recommend you superior room next door or higher room category. In these room categories you will not find sloping ceilings either, and the room will then automatically seem much larger, which is also the case in these categories above. Due to high occupancy at the hotel, according to Norwegian law, we had to comply with infection control rules and national measures. Therefore, there were 2 different breakfasts distributed among the hotel guests, to keep all of the rules and safety for both guests and staff. This is something I can inform only applies to summer and high season. Hi Ctorklep, thanks for your time and feedback. It is very shocking to read that your stay did not live up to your expectations this time and that things did not go smoothly. This is now followed up and evaluated by the management of the hotel, so that this is avoided in the future. We will now be checking up on this with food quality and taking new internal tests in collaboration with the kitchen. We have been named one of Norway's best breakfasts repeatedly, and have not received anything negative about our breakfast regarding quality and selection. As the hotel is fully booked and in high season, there will naturally be a bit of a queue at times and at certain times. Therefore, we recommend guests to eat breakfast early to avoid most of the traffic. We thank you for your stay this time, and hope you will come back to us in the future so you can see the development and improvement that we now choose to make.
