Hotel Lilla Roberts

The room was absolutely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet is amazing in quality but it is not always included in the room rate so it is something to clarify before making your reservation because the web page may give you the wrong impression. I would definitely come back in the future!

We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Firstly the rooms are spacious, so nice to have a comfortable lounge to sit on when you return to your room after a days walking. It’s unusual for Europe to have such space Comfortable king size beds, and large windows for light. Shower with good water pressure and heated floors. We had breakfast as part of the package, great range to graze on, including Finnish specialties and normal European fare. Love the foyer of the hotel it’s a great space

Just felt like King !! Awesome ! Place near everywhre, warm room, everything you will need in the room for you. Breakfast with many choises and a the bar with nice coctails. Overall the best stay you could ever have.

The hotel was fabulous and can’t recommend it enough however my main reason for this review is to honor the amazing staff. I was visiting a few weeks back and once getting to the airport to return to the States, I realized I did not have my wedding ring on. I franticly called the front desk to see if I had left it in my room and and they immediately had housekeeping run up. Thankfully it was there and I can't thank the staff enough for being so honest. To make matters worse, I had to get on the my flight without the ring :( The hotel staff was in communication with me the entire time in helps of getting my ring shipped from Helskini to Seattle. My trip to Finland was very brief and am so lucky to have stayed at such an amazing hotel that offers much more than great hospitality!

We loved our stay in this hotel! The rooms are cozy and the beds extremely comfortable. The bar/lounge is lovely and is a very nice place to hang out at any time of the day. The building is amazing and the architecture is beautiful. But most importantly the staff is incredible, they go above and beyond to help you, advise you or just make your stay a wonderful experience. Maria at the reception called 14! restaurants to help us celebrate christmas (because we hadn't reserved anything) and finally found us a place int he fully booked hotel restaurant where Brian took great care of us. Mila and her collegues made amazing breakfast extra's every day and the evening barman in the bar (sorry didn't get your name) was a great advisor of local brands and in general information. The entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, and we have rarely experienced this level of service. Besides that, the hotel is extremely well situated and in walking distance of most places. If you're looking for a personal yet professional approach to your hotel experience, and have a wondersful stay, this is your hotel to go for.
