Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2024 after our boat cruise in Norway. We arrived about 20mins before check in time and there are a few self check in terminals which was great but still wanted to charge 100 kroner for an early check in , hence 4 rating. Waited and checked in at reception and everyone throughout our stay was very friendly. The foyer area is a bit small and gets crowded when a few guests are around The rest of our experience was great. Rooms were suffice for us , even with 2 bags . Nice big bathroom Location also good. About 2mins from bus stop, one road down to catch airport bus or to other parts of Tromso like the cable car and artic cathedral which are about 2km away over the bridge Hotel also close to the port , bus terminal and many shops and restaurants. Basic but served our requirements. Breakfast packs are available to buy

A comfortable stay. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows very good. I like their environmental policies and a paper bag in each room to leave no longer needed clothes for recycling was a brilliant touch. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location! Just a block off the main street for shopping and restaurants. A great pizza place one block up (Casa Inferno) -- order the Inferno! Lobby was warm as well as the staff. Desk open 24 hours. Snacks, coffee, drinks and cocktails available. Taxi console at desk. Rooms were European size, but just right for a vacation spent outside exploring. The heated bathroom floors were divine! Two blocks from the harbor. A definitely recommend from me!

Great location

Nice clean and basic. Great location, a few minutes walk from the main part of Tromso. The snacks in the reception are very overpriced considering there is a 7-Eleven shop round the corner for half the price. The bed was comfy, shower good. My one issue was that my room was way too hot so had to have my window open for the full week! A basic kettle in the room would be a nice little addition. Overall a good stay

I`m happy to hear that you enjoyed our location, found the bed to be comfy and the shower good :) Since we do not have an aircondition system at our hotel, but a ventilation system instead opening the window is the best way to cool down the rooms especially in winter. I`m glad it was overall a good stay for you. Best Regards Silje
