Heurlins central location connects Linnégatan, Haga and Långgatorna, meaning that the restaurant is one of Gothenburg's very best meeting places. The square, Heurlins Plats, was named after Carl Martin Heurlin in 1954. Heurlin was a tailor and political agitator in Gothenburg.
