Below you'll find useful questions for those of you planning a stay at Comfort Hotel Panorama in Gothenburg! Please don't hesitate to contact us in case you have any further queries.

Parking

Guests are welcome to park in our garage for 205 SEK per night (185 SEK for members). When you arrive at the hotel, you will need to check in before you get a parking card. Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be reserved. If you move your car during your stay, you are not guaranteed to find another space.

Electric vehicles

We have 4 charging stations for electric vehicles via our partner P-air. You will find them on parking level 3 and please note that they are subject to availability. It costs 185/205 SEK per day to park here. The electricity is paid for separately via the app/QR code found on the charging station.

Luggage storage

We have a luggage storage room, where you are welcome to store your belongings before you check in or after you check out to allow you to head off and explore Gothenburg with your hands free!

Free WiFi

There is free WiFi available throughout the hotel.

Non-smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. This also includes electronic cigarettes.

Forget something ?

Have you forgotten to pack something? Don't worry! We sell a range of useful items in the hotel reception including dental kits, razors, sewing kits, combs, deodorant, lip balm, shampoo, conditioner and more.

Upgrade

Would you like a little more space? Then upgrade from a standard room to a superior room! Charges for upgrades start at 100 SEK per night. Contact us for more information or to make a reservation.

Laundry options

Need to wash your clothes? You can leave your clothes with us to be dry-cleaned from Monday to Friday. A laundry bag and price list can be found in your room. Leave your laundry at the reception before 9am and you'll get it back the same evening. We also have a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers that you are welcome to use. Laundry detergent is available for purchase in the reception.

Comfort Hotel Panorama is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Temporarily Closed

We have slowly begun our renovation which means our restaurant and bar is temporarily closed. However, you can still buy snacks, lighter meals and drinks in our Lounge 24 which is open 24/7. We also serve alcoholic beverages in our lobbybar from 11 am to 3 am. For tips of restaurants nearby, don't hesitate to drop by the Front Desk!
