Welcome to Trondheim's oldest pub, Kieglekroa. Step through a brick archway from the lobby and you will be transported into another era. The rustic atmosphere features wood, stone and candlelight, ideal for long chats with friends and colleagues.
While some will delight in discovering Kieglekroa for the first time, this fabulous pub has actually been a popular hangout for many years. This is the place to come when you fancy a good chat and a cold beer. The pub has been a much loved meeting place in Trondheim since 1962, when former Prime Minister Per Borten rolled the first bowling ball down the bowling alley or kieglebanan that has since been replaced by shuffleboard. You'll find plenty of entertainment here including pub quizzes, board games and a variety of events!
Kieglekroa serves a wide range of beers and whiskeys, so you're sure to find something you like.
Welcome! Or as we say in Norwegian, velkommen!
