Accessible rooms & conference facilities
To make it easier for people to move around, our meeting rooms and public spaces do not have thresholds and our conference centre is spread over one floor.
If you're staying overnight, we have 23 accessible rooms in all room categories from single rooms to suites. The rooms have been constructed according to the most recent standards with specially configured bathrooms, no high thresholds and plenty of space for wheelchair-users. We also have connecting rooms for those travelling with a companion. Shower chairs are available upon request. Just let us know at the time of booking if you require one and we will make sure it is provided in your room.
For guests with impaired vision
There a signposts on the floor leading to the reception, the restaurant and the elevators. Guide dogs are of course more than welcome here at the hotel and those staying overnight will receive their own bed and water bowl. Just let us know at the time of booking if you would like to bring a guide dog.
For guests with impaired hearing
We have vibrating alarm clocks that alert you in case of a fire in the reception, which you are more than welcome to borrow. If you are visiting the hotel for a meeting or an event, you will find hearing loops in all our largest conference rooms. We also have portable hearing loops if required.
Allergies
Gluten and lactose-free options are always available here at the hotel, but if you have any allergies, just let us know and our kitchen will be happy to provide allergen-friendly food.
