A different way of doing things
This is a hotel with smart solutions for people who don't want to waste money on unnecessary extras. We have done away with expensive services such as room service and minibars to enable us to offer our guests comfortable and affordable accommodation. If you get peckish at any time of day (or night), you can head down to our Barception to purchase a range of snacks, food and drinks.
What is a Barception?
The Barception is our combined bar + reception that forms the very heart of the hotel! Come here whenever you require assistance or fancy a bite to eat! The Barception is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and is open 24/7 for your convenience!
Do you have a luggage room?
Yes, we can store your luggage both before you check in and after you check out. Please note, however, that we do not take responsibility for stored luggage.
Can I park at the hotel?
Yes, the hotels has parking facilities both below and right in front of the hotel (fees apply).
What about WiFi?
There is fast and free WiFi available all throughout the hotel.
Do you have a laundry service?
The hotel has a 24/7 Laundromat where you can wash your clothes any time you like! Tokens are available for purchase from the Barception.
Can I get something to eat during my stay?
You certainly needn't go hungry here at the hotel! Our deli is open 24/7 and our kitchen serves a selection of hot dishes including homemade pizza, pasta and burgers from 5.30pm – 10pm.
Do you have a bar?
As a matter of fact, we have two! You can visit our Bar With A View on the 10th floor from 5pm – 12 midnight or stop by our Barception on the ground floor whenever you like as it's open 24/7!
Why is my room so dark?
The lamps have dimmers to create soft lighting for a relaxing atmosphere. If you find it a bit too dark, simply keep pressing the light switch until it gets brighter!
Can I adjust the temperature in my room?
The hotel has central ventilation and the standard temperature is set to 21 degrees Celsius. You can adjust the temperature by +/- 2 degrees using the wall panel. Make sure to press OK to save your chosen settings.
Where is breakfast served?
We serve our delicious buffet breakfast on the ground floor – just turn right when you exit the lift. If you do not have breakfast included in your room rate, please contact the Barception to add it to your bill!
Will my room get cleaned during my stay?
To go easy on the planet and your wallet, we will clean your room every fourth day during your stay with us.
Do you have a gym?
There is a gym on the first floor that is open 24/7.
Do you offer late check-outs?
We just love lazy Sundays, don't you? And that's why you can keep your room until 6pm on Sundays entirely free of charge (subject to availability). You can also usually get a late check-out on other days for 100 DKK per hour until 6pm (subject to availability). Just make sure to let us know upon arrival if you would like a late check-out.
Where can I smoke?
Please note that smoking is prohibited at the hotel. If you would like to smoke, you can do so outside the main entrance by the ashtrays.
Can I get an extra pillow or duvet?
Absolutely! Just stop by the Barception and we can provide you with whatever you need.

Can I pay with cash at the hotel?
Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
