In a secluded location near Sunne, Sweden, Selma Spa+ is the perfect place for a business retreat. We call our ethos Lactic Acid & Champagne – a work-hard, play-hard mix of fully equipped conference rooms, free WiFi, a gym, spa facilities and skiing.

Lactic Acid & Champagne is all about hard work and reward. Whether you're indulging in treatments after a hard day's brainstorming, exercising on the ski slopes or relaxing with colleagues over a drink, you'll be able to find the right balance here.

All the stress of business just melts away at our spa. Take a dip in one of our four indoor and outdoor pools or enjoy the invigorating heat of our dry sauna, steam sauna, herbal sauna and caldarium. You can take your pick from more than 40 spa treatments or treat yourself to eco-friendly beauty products such as Decléor and BareMinerals from our shop.

If you're looking for a more vigorous way to unwind from the pressures of work, why not hit the ski slopes? Ski Sunne is just 10km away. There are also plenty of running trails and cycling routes just outside the door, and the Sunne golf course is a short drive away.

Whether you've been working out or working hard, you'll want to keep your energy levels up with delicious food. Our restaurant is dedicated to balancing great taste and good health, with meat, fish and vegetarian dishes prepared from local produce. Wash it down with a healthy smoothie or a vintage wine – the decision is yours.

To really make your conference go with a bang, take advantage of our party venue, Selmas Etage. With three levels, views towards the pool and lake Fryken, a bar and an entertainment stage, it's a great way for your guests to let their hair down.
