Spisestuen, our chic, conservatory-style restaurant offers an array of fine à la carte dishes in ornate surroundings – try the pepper-roasted deer with celeriac purée, chanterelles and lingonberry sauce. Or shoot the breeze with fellow conference guests over drinks at the stylish Lysthuset Bar.

Our countryside location is ideal for exploring: why not borrow a bike (and helmet) from reception to get out and about?
