If you're idea of downtime is a little more laid-back, pop in to Bar å sånn where you're bound to find colleagues and conference guests getting to know each other better over a drink.

Bar å sånn is also the perfect place to grab a bite when you need a little something to fuel your labours. There's an à la carte menu every evening. If you're burning the midnight oil working on your presentation, then you might also appreciate our 24 hour lobby shop, with drinks and snacks whenever you need them.

This dramatic spot is easy to get to, just 15 minutes' drive from the airport and a few steps from the ferry to Trondheim. Take your clients or colleagues up the road to a local favourite, Smia Fish Restaurant, for the the Norwegian delicacy of klippfisk, dried and salted cod served with butter sauce and mashed potato with bacon. Or inspire your team with a bit of an adventure: deep sea fishing, sea kayaking or a killer whale safari.
