Spa hotels all over the Nordics
During the dark, cold winter months there’s nothing better than taking a dip in a heated pool or giving dry winter skin a boost of energy with an enjoyable spa treatment. 1. Clarion Hotel Gillet – massage, spa lounge and Caribbean inspiration
Selma City Spa Uppsala at Clarion Hotel Gillet is a wonderful place to spend the day. Here you can enjoy a Jacuzzi, sauna and spa lounge, and turn a quick break into a nice long one. A day pass includes a bathrobe, slippers and towel, and you can buy healthy food and drinks with a Caribbean twist. The treatment menu includes everything from energising massages to cleansing facials. On Fridays and Saturdays the spa is open up until 21.00.
2. Clarion Hotel Wisby – a healthy visit to Gotland
If you’re staying at the Clarion Hotel Wisby in Visby you can round off your lunch with a warm dip in the pool, kept at 28 degrees. Here at Selma City Spa Wisby you can also enjoy a massage, pedicure and face and body treatments. How about a sauna, or putting your feet up with a book on one of the poolside limestone loungers? With the hotel’s Kitchen & Table restaurant, you can also combine your spa visit with a delicious lunch or dinner.
3. Quality Hotel Grand, Kongsberg – chlorine-free pool and massage showers
Kongsberg is just an hour west of Oslo and is a former mining area. It is the mines that are the inspiration behind Quality Hotel Grand Kongsberg’s GruveSpa. Here you’ll find a chlorine-free pool, jacuzzi, wonderful massage showers and a range of spa treatments.
4. Quality Hotel Grand, Borås – seated pool, fireplace and slippers
Take a moment to enjoy life in Borås, at Ciluette City Spa at Quality Hotel Grand, Borås. Start with a dip in the heated and seated pool. Then have a sauna followed by a treatment from one of the spa’s dermatologists or masseuses. End the day by the roaring fire in Ciluette’s relaxation area and enjoy a moment of peace and quiet.

5. Quality Hotel Frösö Park – wellbeing at the foot of the Jämtlands mountains
Quality Hotel Frösö Park is in a stunning location at Frösön in Østersund. The hotel’s spa was built in 2015 and is a whole 1200 square metres in size. The spa offers the latest in spa treatments, inspired by health traditions from the surrounding landscape. The activity-based hotel is also equipped with a gym and yoga studio. Outside the hotel, you will also find obstacle trails, ski slopes and a variety of trails for running and cycling. Perfect for a sporty and relaxing break!

6. Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport – saltwater pool right by the airport
Just a few minutes from Copenhagen‘s Kastrup airport is the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport, with the brand new Ni`mat Spa. Here you’ll find an aromatherapy sauna and a heated saltwater pool – the best place to re-energise travel-weary bodies. To get the optimum effect from the saltwater pool’s saline power, the trick is to begin with a workout in the 24-hour fitness centre. Then just dive in and enjoy.
