With one foot in Nordic culinary history and other in modern Central European cuisine, our new concept restaurant, NÓR has burst onto the restaurant scene! Pick and choose among a fantastic range of à la carte dishes or let our chefs decide – perhaps you’ll fall back in love with an old classic? But let’s begin by telling you more about our new gem of a restaurant here in the city (and in many others too)!

A tribute to Nordic culinary traditions
At the NÒR brasserie, you can look forward to the very best of two time periods with a new take on a wide range of classic, Nordic dishes! The combination of Nordic culinary arts and new Central European influences makes NÒR such a unique dining experience. How about a modern version of a classic Toast Pelle Janzon? Or how do you like the sound of beets with raspberry and liquorice? We always allow the ingredients to shine here at NÒR, and the menu reflects the seasonal produce available in the Nordic forests and fields.
“Food and drink are extremely important when travellers choose a hotel and when locals decide whether or not to allow a hotel into their hearts. The inspiration for NÒR comes from the guests and their wishes fused with some foodie trends that we see developing all over the world. This is where the sustainable and local produce comes in,” says Fredrik Blomberg, SVP Food & Beverage at Strawberry.
If you have a hard time choosing something from the à la carte menu and you enjoy trying new things, you can just sit back and let our chefs put together a great dining experience for you! This Chef’s Choice as we call it is available at some of our restaurants and includes a starter, main course and dessert – all carefully chosen by our fabulous chefs!

We also offer a range of mocktails for those who would prefer a nice non-alcoholic beverage.
