Absolutely Fantastic Christmas Brunch today.We have been last Christmas and now back again😉 Very delicious food,very clean restaurant,cosy atmosphere, lovely Christmas decoration,Very polite,helpful stuff. Second time we are satisfied .Everything was good.Hotel is in the center ,have parking.Good location,good view to the lake 😉 Recommend it....will be back for sure again.Regards Rosita & Leif.xxx

Quality Match was a very pleasant hotel to stay at. First of all, the check-in was super smooth. Done in a few seconds. The room was clean with an amazing view of the beautiful surroundings. It felt more like a Clarion than a Quality in my opinion. The only downside I can think of (and I have thought for quite some time) was the lack of Espresso in the breakfast. I can live without it but it would have been a nice to have. The rest of the buffet was really good and the staff made sure that it was a very pleasant breakfast. What was good: - Location - Cleanliness - Breakfast - Value What was average: - Cost of parking What was bad: - None Will for sure consider to stay here again, and you have won over a loyal Scandic customer!

This visit changed my opinion of Match hotel. When arriving some kind of local ”Bamse Club” happening going on on at lobby/reception area, screeming kids running around the lobby. No mention of this at hotel’s website. This is not the most welcoming way to greet customers after a long journey. Freezing cold in room and air condition switch not working. You can’t adjust anything, switch totally useless. Air condition so strong and blowing, that lamp is moving on the ceiling. Room is very, very small. Again given a room with attachment door to another room. No sound proof; you can hear every closing door (because door bangs a lot when it locks) , and from outside you hear cargo train traffic and motor traffic. Safety issue for sure with stairwell doors, but not very nice to customers, who has their room next to stairwell listening banging door. Also structure-borne sounds when someone is jumping in room and you can feel jumping thru your floor. For members there’s a complimentary coffee machine at a lobby. No cups available though this time. You have to ask cups from the receptionist and the receptionist asks ”Är du medlem? Are you member”…Last time, only about 8m ago these cups were available and service overall much better. Please show some respect and trust to your loyal customers, even busy holiday time going on. Have to admit that quite clever way to get more members to Strawberry/ Nordic hotels or what is it now… Breakfast: They are hoping you give your visiting time in advance for breakfast, like 7:00, 7:30…Worked well at 07:00. Breakfast just to eat quicky, because ”momma-clubbers” arrived there with screaming kids. Selection good. A tip: Suggest not visiting hotel during busiest holiday season when kids club on…it’s a mess. In the area there are other very good hotel options without all those ”Bamse clubs”.
