Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen

Good value airport hotel. Have stayed before a few years ago, but there was some construction that time. Convenient for Oslo airport, clean rooms with decent sound insulation. Breakfast was better previous time, but it was Easter weekend and there was still plenty to choose from. Bit odd seating arrangements as you just went to long tables/benches in the atrium. It is an impressive Atrium though. Only real issue during stay was initial check in as had asked for connecting rooms which was confirmed by email. Given two rooms on different floors, but managed to get it changed although connecting door was locked. Too tired at that point to get it opened and it was just for one night.

Large hotel with extensive experience in facilitating conferences. Capacity both in terms of accommodation and in terms of conference halls/rooms that can be adapted in size and as needed. Good common areas, plenty of space in the mingling zone during coffee breaks etc. Good toilet facilities with good capacity (little waiting / queue) A little disappointed by the practice that you have to contact reception yourself to get new towels etc. when staying more than 1 night. This is communicated as an environmentally saving cause, But everyone understands that this is about reducing costs.

The hotel does not recognize their own loyalty program. Big variations in the quality of the rooms, some of the rooms are situated 12 minutes away from the very few elevators. Not a great experience. I would consider other options when available.

Wow! We were pleasantly surprised by how modern this hotel was upon checking in. We were greeted by Jens, whom was fast, friendly, and efficient - and was a great resource for us during our 3 day stay. Jens is a true brand ambassador! Everything else was also fantastic, including the breakfast buffet. Delicious! We highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. We'll book again without hesitation.

Very courteous staff, perfect rooms, l'hotel It is very spacious and spotless, really good breakfast nothing is missing From savory to sweet.. The rooms are well insulated, the quality of sleep was great. Recommended
