No you can not. You are allowed a maximum of 5 consecutive nights in one hotel.
The offer is valid for two people in a Standard or Modreate room as long as there is availability.
If you need an extra bed, an animal-friendly room or the like, this can usually be arranged if you contact the hotel directly. This would also mean additional costs.
Children are of course welcome to our hotels! If you have up to two children (maximum 9 years old) they can sleep in their parents bed for free.
For children older than 9 years you need to book an extra bed. We will charge from 25 EUR / 250 SEK or 250 NOK per night for an extra bed.
There might also be an additional cost, if we need to move you to a bigger room in order to have enough floor space for the extra bed. The space of the rooms differ between hotels.
Of course, pets are welcome. If you bring your furry friend, there is an extra charge that is paid on site at the hotel. Exactly what the cost is can vary between different hotels, it is usually about 25 EUR/stay. It is important that you inform the hotel at the time of booking, so we can take care of the both of you in the best possible way.
Hotels that are open in the summer is included in this offer, except for The Thief, Yasuragi, Kämp Hotel and Clarion Collection® Hotel Planetstaden. Hotels might also become fully booked.

Yes, breakfast is included in all hotels except for Comfort Hotel Xpress where you can buy breakfast on site.
It can differ between hotels. Generally, fitness and relaxation at all Comfort Hotel, Quality Hotel, Clarion Collection Hotel and Clarion Hotel are included. Feel free to contact the hotel you want to stay at to make sure you can use the gym or relax.
You can stay in our hotels throughout the Nordic region. Even in Vilnius, on Svalbard and in Helsinki!

When you check in, you tell the receptionist that you have a Nordic Hotel Pass and state the unique code that applies to your hotel pass. The staff will see that your booking is correct and you will be checked in as usual.
The only unusual thing is that in addition to entering your name or reservation number, you also need to enter the unique hotel pass code to check in.
No. The hotel pass is personal and you as the owner have to stay in the room yourself and show your ID at check-in.
The person or persons you stay with do not have to be the same at every stay. Thus, you have to buy the hotel pass, book the room and check in with the same name.

Membership is not necessary. But we recommend that you get it. As a member, you collect your bookings in one place and get a more clear overview of your stays this summer.
For Nordic Hotel Pass with Unlimited Nights, you need to enter your membership number when you purchase the hotel pass. Your points will be registered in your account by August 16, 2020 at the latest. You will also earn one qualifying night per night stayed. Other benefits are not included.
Terms & Conditions
1.1 The terms apply between you and Nordic Choice Commercial Services AS, org.no. NO 968 819 372, ("Nordic Choice Hotels") when purchasing Nordic Hotel Pass - My Summer Treat and Nordic Hotel Pass with Unlimited Nights, hereinafter called hotel pass at www.nordicchoicehotels.com (the "Website").
1.2 By purchasing a hotel pass on the Website, you thereby also agree to these terms and conditions.
2.1 The hotel pass can be purchased by using one of the payment methods shown on the Website. When making a purchase, the payment terms on the Website apply in as far as these are not stipulated in these terms and conditions.
2.2 The hotel pass has a fixed price of EUR 800 / EUR 2500, or SEK 8000 / SEK 25 000 or NOK 8000 / NOK 25 000.
2.3 Once the purchase of the hotel pass is complete, the hotel pass will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
3.1 The hotel pass is valid until 16 August 2020. Once the validity period has expired, the hotel pass can no longer be used. Value not used at the end of the validity period will expire. It is not possible to extend the validity period of the hotel pass or exchange the value for cash.
4.1 Booking of hotel nights can be done on the booking pages you will receive links to through email after purchase.
4.2 If you book one night at a discounted price on the booking page without having a hotel pass when you check in at the hotel, you pay the current price for the room.
4.3 You can cancel and re-book a hotel night until 4pm on the day of arrival.
4.4 You can only have one hotel room booked per night.
4.5 The hotel pass is personal, the booking must be in the owner's name.
4.6 The hotel pass owner can bring a guest to stay in the same room if the room is booked for two people. If room for more than two persons is desired, an extra bed will be charged and possibly a larger room where the extra bed will be accommodated. If an extra bed is needed, it must be entered in the box for special requests when booking. The extra fee is payable directly at the hotel.
5.1 This offer is valid for 2 people in a Standard or Moderate room. Upgrading and other additions are available at an additional cost.
5.2 The hotel pass is used to pay for hotel nights booked on the hotel's booking page. The value of the hotel night is deducted at the time of check-in at the hotel.
5.3 The hotel pass is personal and can only be used by the person who owns the hotel pass. The hotel may require identification at check-in.
5.4 The hotel pass cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
5.5 You can stay as often as you want, but you have to book a room via the hotel's booking page before arriving at the hotel. Cancellation is made no later than 4pm on the day of arrival.
5.6 You can stay a maximum of 5 consecutive nights in the same hotel.
5.7 Cancellation of hotel night can be made on the Website.
6.1 You will earn 25,000 bonus points when you buy Unlimited Nights. Enter your membership number when purchasing. The points will be registered no later than the last date of the offer (16 August 2020).
6.2 This offer does not include membership benefits, such as upgrading.
7.1 When purchasing a hotel pass, we will use the personal details required to be able to fulfill our obligations according to these terms and conditions, and to ensure a payment by card can be processed. When you purchase the hotel pass, we will use your email address, your name and certain payment information.
7.2 Nordic Choice Hotels will process your purchase of the hotel pass in collaboration with GiftUp. When purchasing the hotel pass, your personal information will be transferred to GiftUp in order to enable the use of the hotel passt in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8.1 As a consumer, your right of withdrawal period is 14 days when you purchase the hotel pass via the Website. The right of withdrawal means that you can cancel your purchase of the hotel pass without having to provide a reason. If your right of withdrawal is approved, your purchase of the hotel pass will be refunded. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days from the date the hotel pass was purchased.
8.2 The right of withdrawal does not include hotel, restaurant or spa bookings made via the website.
8.3 Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
9.1 If the hotel pass has been accidentally erased, it may be replaced under certain circumstances. Please contact our Customer Service if you would like to check whether this is possible.
9.2 Nordic Choice Hotels cannot be held responsible if information about the hotel pass is shared with third parties or if you suspect the unauthorised use of the hotel pass. You agree to notify Nordic Choice Hotels immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of the hotel pass.
9.3 In the event of unlawful use of the hotel pass, Nordic Choice Hotels reserves the right to suspend the passport, as well as, charge the buyer for costs incurred as a result of the unlawful use.
9.4 If these terms and conditions conflict with other terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to the purchase and use of the hotel pass.
9.5 Norwegian law shall apply to these conditions. Disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the Norwegian public court, unless mandatory rules on consumer protection stipulate otherwise.
