We say yes to full stomachs and empty plates! We do want you to eat and be merry when you stay with us. But we also want your plate to be empty when you are finished. This way we avoid food waste, and that is good for the environment!

We are engaged in reducing our own food waste. We work at limiting purchases, storing the food properly, developing the right portion size, recycling food waste, and in many hotels we make compost – among other things. We are proud of the food we serve and are happy when all is eaten. We are extra happy when we see that your plate is empty as you leave the table. This way we do not need to throw any food away, and it was not grown and produced in vain!
