Yes, you can! If you would like to spend all your nights at one hotel, you are more than welcome to do so. You can even book several rooms on the same night at the same hotel, as long as you are also booked into one of the rooms.
The offer is valid for two people in a standard room. If you would like to upgrade your room, require an extra bed or something similar, then we can generally fix this for you if you contact the hotel directly. Please note, however, that extra charges apply.
Pets are welcome at almost all our hotels. Please note that extra charges apply when bringing your furry friends to stay with you. This surcharge varies from hotel to hotel, but tends to be around 250 kr per stay. Please do make sure to notify us at the time of booking so that we can make suitable arrangements for you.
You can choose between more than 100 hotels in over 50 destinations. The hotel’s moderate and standard rooms may be fully booked, and hotels could be required to close during the summer. Please check availability on the booking page that you’ll find under “Where do I book my hotel stays?”.
You can book rooms right up until 30 August 2021 with stays until 31 August 2021. It is unfortunately not possible to extend the validity or stay period of this offer. If you holiday is delayed or you are running out of time, our best tip is to book hotels in your own city to enjoy a luxurious staycation!
Yes, breakfast is included at all hotels except our Comfort Hotel Xpress hotels, where breakfast is available for purchase. Moreover, some traditional “fika” and an evening meal are included as part of your room rate at our Clarion Collection hotels.
This can vary at our different hotels. Generally, access to use the gym is included at all our hotels. We recommend you to contact the hotel where you are due to stay in order to check whether access to the gym or relaxation area is included. Please note that spa entry is not included.
When you check in, just tell the receptionist that you have a hotel pass and state your unique code. The staff will then see that your booking is correct and you will be checked in as usual. The only unusual thing is that in addition to entering your name or booking number, you also need to enter the unique hotel pass code to check in.
No. The hotel pass is personal and you as the owner have to stay in the room yourself and show your personal ID when you check in. The person(s) you stay with do not have to be the same for every stay. So, in sum, you yourself will have to buy the hotel pass, book the room and check in with the same name.

Of course. You will earn one bonus point per krona spent, as long as you are logged in to your account when you book the room. If you have forgotten to log in, you can present your membership number when you check in. You will also earn a qualifying night per overnight stay and you’ll be able to enjoy your membership benefits. Your bonus points will be registered on your account after you have checked out.
Children are of course more than welcome at our hotels! If you are staying at one of our independent hotels (not part of one of our chains - Comfort Hotel, Quality Hotel, Clarion Collection Hotel and Clarion Hotel), up to two children (max. 9 years old) can co-sleep with their parents free of charge. For children aged 9 and over, you will need to book an extra bed at an additional cost. Further charges may apply if you need to be moved to a bigger room to accommodate the extra bed, since only moderate and standard rooms are included in the offer. Baby cribs can be booked as well, but please note that extra charges apply as well.
If you are staying at one of our independent hotels, we kindly ask you to contact the hotel before you book when travelling with children.
General terms and conditions for the hotel pass: The Summer Flee
1.1 The terms apply between you and Nordic Choice Commercial Services AS, org.no. NO 968 819 372, ("Nordic Choice Hotels") when purchasing Nordic Hotel Pass - The Summer Flee and The Whole Shebang, hereinafter called “hotel pass” on www.nordicchoicehotels.com (the "Website").
1.2 By purchasing a hotel pass on the Website, you thereby also agree to these terms and conditions.
2.1 The hotel pass can be purchased by using one of the payment methods shown on the Website. When making a purchase, the payment terms on the Website apply in as far as these are not stipulated in these terms and conditions.
2.2 The hotel pass with five (5) nights has a fixed price of 450 EUR. The hotel pass with ten (10) nights has a fixed price of 750 EUR.
2.3 Once the purchase of the hotel pass is complete, the hotel pass will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
3.1 The hotel pass is valid from 1 June 2021 until 31 August 2021. Once the validity period has expired, the hotel pass can no longer be used. Value not used at the end of the validity period will expire. It is not possible to extend the validity period of the hotel pass or exchange the value for cash.
4.1 Booking a stay with a hotel pass is to be done on the specific web page (“Booking Page”) using the link specified above or that is sent together with the hotel pass.
4.2 If you book one night at a discounted price on the booking page without having a hotel pass when you check in at the hotel, you pay the current price for the room.
4.3 You can cancel and re-book a hotel night until 16:00 on the day of arrival.
4.4 The hotel pass is available for purchase with 5 or 10 nights where each respective product has a maximum of 5 or 10 nights. The number of nights that the hotel pass is valid is chosen at the time of purchase and is specified on the confirmation.
4.5 The hotel pass is personal, the booking must be in the owner's name.
4.6 The hotel pass owner can bring a guest to stay in the same room if the room is booked for two people. If room for more than two persons is desired, an extra bed will be charged and possibly a larger room where the extra bed will be accommodated. If you need an extra bed, please contact the hotel where you would like to stay directly. The extra fee for this is then payable at the hotel.
4.7 The hotel pass owner can book several rooms at the same hotel on the same date as long as the hotel pass owner is also staying in one of the rooms and is present when the group is checking in at the hotel.
5.1 This offer is valid for stays in a moderate or standard room for up to 2 people. Upgrades and other extras are available at an additional cost.
5.2 The hotel pass is to be used to pay for hotel nights booked on the hotel pass’s booking page. The value of the hotel night is deducted during the check-in process at the hotel.
5.3 The hotel pass is personal and can only be used by the person who owns the hotel pass. The hotel can require proof of identity.
5.4 The hotel pass cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
5.5 You can choose where you want to spend your nights, and the hotels where the hotel pass is valid can be found on the booking page.
5.6 Cancellations of stays are to be done on the website. Since payment is deducted at the time of check-in, cancellation does not affect the value of the hotel pass. Cancellations must be made by 4pm on the scheduled day of arrival.
7.1 When purchasing a hotel pass, we will use the personal details required to be able to fulfill our obligations according to these terms and conditions, and to ensure a payment by card can be processed. When you purchase the hotel pass, we will use your email address, your name and certain payment information.
7.2 Nordic Choice Hotels will process your purchase of the hotel pass in collaboration with GiftUp. When purchasing the hotel pass, your personal information will be transferred to GiftUp in order to enable the use of the hotel passt in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8.1 As a consumer, your right of withdrawal period is 14 days when you purchase the hotel pass via the Website. The right of withdrawal means that you can cancel your purchase of the hotel pass without having to provide a reason. If your right of withdrawal is approved, your purchase of the hotel pass will be refunded. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days from the date the hotel pass was purchased.
8.2 The right of withdrawal does not include hotel, restaurant or spa bookings made via the website.
8.3 Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
9.1 If the hotel pass has been accidentally erased, it may be replaced under certain circumstances. Please contact our Customer Service if you would like to check whether this is possible.
9.2 Nordic Choice Hotels cannot be held responsible if information about the hotel pass is shared with third parties or if you suspect the unauthorised use of the hotel pass. You agree to notify Nordic Choice Hotels immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of the hotel pass.
9.3 In the event of unlawful use of the hotel pass, Nordic Choice Hotels reserves the right to suspend the passport, as well as, charge the buyer for costs incurred as a result of the unlawful use.
9.4 If these terms and conditions conflict with other terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to the purchase and use of the hotel pass.
9.5 Norwegian law shall apply to these conditions. Disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the Norwegian public court, unless mandatory rules on consumer protection stipulate otherwise.
