– Walk and talk: Give participants one or more questions to discuss in pairs while they walk around lake Rudan.
– Physical activity on your terms: Everything from 5 minutes in the meeting room without changing clothes to 30 minutes physical circuit training where the joint performance of the group is more important than individual performance.
– Energiser: Book an energiser with us and give participants a good dose of energy and concentration along with a good laugh during a long meeting day! It's a short 'power mingle exercise' that the group does inside the conference room. After just a few minutes participants will be back in full force with enough energy to actively participate in your meeting once again.
