Parking
You can park for 110 SEK/24h opposite the hotel. Book your space here. We also have two spaces for coaches and two disabled parking spaces, one of which is right outside the entrance. There are three space with charging stations (14kW) for electric vehicles at the back of the hotel.
Late check-in
If you have not pre-paid for your room, please contact us on +46 31 750 19 00 to guarantee your room after 4pm (i.e. late check-in). For those who have pre-paid, we would be grateful if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival to ensure that your room is ready when you check in.
Luggage storage
The hotel has a luggage room where you can store your belongings before and after your stay. The rooms is locked but unattended, the hotel does no take responsibility for any lost items.
WiFi
Our free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel. Just ask the reception for the access code or log in using your membership number. It really couldn't be easier!
Forget something?
Forget to pack something? No problem – in the reception we sell just about everything you might need during your stay including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, sewing kits, combs, deodorant and lip salve. Just come and ask us at the front desk!
Up your stay
Those of you looking for an even more luxurious stay can book our Relax basket (for 2 people) featuring bathrobes, slippers, chocolate and crisps. Choose between 1 x beer or 1 x wine for each person. Cash-free hotel
The Quality Hotel Winn Göteborg is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please contact us for more information.
Public transport
It's just a 10-minute ride on bus number 18 or 19 to reach the hotel from central Gothenburg. The bus stop is called Balladgatan and we recommend you to use Västtrafik's To Go app to plan your trip and purchase tickets.
