The chef at Quality Hotel Skjærgården uses seasonal produce from local growers. We offer exciting flavour combinations prepared with a huge amount of enjoyment, innovation and creativity. The restaurant can receive up to 300 dinner guests and can also offer private dining rooms if required.
Every morning we serve our delicious breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Here you will find a large selection of breads, cereals, sandwich fillings, hot food, fruit and vegetables, much of which is organic. Our own omelette chef is available every morning to make you an omelette just as you like it, in just a minute.
Monday to Thursday, we offer a large lunch buffet with salads and hot food. At the weekend, you can enjoy lunch from our à la carte menu which varies depending on season and access to produce.
Dinner is the highlight of the day for many and we take this task very seriously. At the weekends, we serve dishes from our à la carte menu and at the weekends, we serve a large dinner buffet. Just pick and mix as you wish, for all ages.
We serve home-made pizza every day of the week, from noon to late at night.
Our bar welcomes you Monday to Saturday. Here you can relax in a chair and just unwind with a pleasant drink after a long day.
