I have just finished attending "the best conference of my life" which was held at Quality hotel in Sarpsborg. The hotel staff was very service-minded and provided an excellent hosting of our conference. The hotel itself is very well suited for conferences, has several different sized meeting rooms, a swimming pool and an activity centre in the same building. The room and food was very nice. Highly recommended!

Have been here several times in 2014, 2015 and 2016 with business and will continue to use this hotel when I'm staying in Sarpsborg. Since I've only stayed here for business I've never tried any of the many facilities and activities at this resort. My impression of this hotel have been very consistent. The rooms are clean and as advertised, although the interior and bathroom seems a bit dated and worn. The a la carte restaurant is ok. The food tastes good, and there prices are fairly low, but it's not very exciting. The bar has a nice atmosphere with a view to the pool. Nice breakfast. Always friendly staff.

Great service and activities for the kids - although its not exactly a luxury hotel

Went there with my family, kids aged 2 and 4. Its a family hotel with a activity area, indoor minigolf and a swim area (and a climbing wall somewhere). They even filled the conference hall with a big bouncing castle and had activities for the kids at night. Great experience for them and they had a blast. They didnt mind the about to be worn down hotel and overall dim lighting. The buffet was okay, although totally overpriced. Friendly and great staff. Not exactly a luxury experience, but the kids had a lot of fun.

Family friendly hotel, but a bit worn down

This hotel is conveniently located, next to the main road (E 6). Easy to find, and ample parking outside of the hotel. Rooms are a bit small, and beginning to look a bit worn down. Service was good, and we got offered a matress on the floor free of charge, since there were not room enough for an extra bed on the room we had. On the negative side: I miss being able to have coffee/tea free of charge. The coffee on the automat in the lobby looked bad, and in the bar it cost 29 kr for a cup. I think a Quality hotel ought to have coffee/tea included. The pool area was nice, but expensive. All and all a good hotel, but with the potential to do better. Please give us coffee.
