This hotel is conveniently located, next to the main road (E 6). Easy to find, and ample parking outside of the hotel. Rooms are a bit small, and beginning to look a bit worn down. Service was good, and we got offered a matress on the floor free of charge, since there were not room enough for an extra bed on the room we had. On the negative side: I miss being able to have coffee/tea free of charge. The coffee on the automat in the lobby looked bad, and in the bar it cost 29 kr for a cup. I think a Quality hotel ought to have coffee/tea included. The pool area was nice, but expensive. All and all a good hotel, but with the potential to do better. Please give us coffee.

Quality hotel&resort is a nice big hotel which has a good location, its easy to find, if you are on a low budget, you have 3 supermarkets and a grill (kinda fastfoodrestaurant) only about 300 meters away. The hotel has 500 free parking-spaces so you will always find place for your car. The reseption is clean, tidy and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! The hotel has a big aqualand with a stream-canal, big massage-showers, mushroom-waterfalls (one of them is 3 meters deep), you'll find a big waterslide and for longdistance-swimming you have lanes for that too. The relax-department has a strange age-limit and that is 16 years, BUT if you are a parent with one or more kids under the age of 3, you can access the relax-department. We had an 8 year old son who is far less noisy than kids of age 2-3 so that was a little disappointing that we couldn't enjoy the relax-department because of the age-restriction... The bolts attaching the ladders to the pool were loose (kinda half of the bolts) so I hope the security-manager reads this and secure them immediately, for me who ways 140 kilo it was a nervevracking experience to descend down that half-loose ladder... The superland is cool for kids! Here you can be like an "american ninja warrior" and you can do it very safely due to a safety-wire you are attached to so its impossible to fall down! The 10 meter tall "rock-climbing wall" was very cool to climb in for our son, but it should have been talkum-powder there to avoid sore hands ore maybe they can have climbing-gloves that the climbers can borrow. The "Cafe sulten" was very nice and they even have soft-ice! You can also enjoy pizza here and its not expensive! The hotelroom we had had no refrigerator, but I just went down to the lobby and the cute and top serviceminded reseptionist gave me a big bucket of ice-cubes! The big double-bed was very comfy and we slept like rocks! :-) The restaurant has everything you need for a royal breakfast and the staff there were friendly and helpful! The food was delicious and on most of the hotels I've been to they start to take away the food BEFORE the breakfast ends BUT not on this hotel! Here you got fried eggs and soft boiled eggs fresh from 6:30 to 10 o'clock! At other hotels they tend to run out of juice, BUT NOT on this hotel! Here I could drink all the juice I wanted and even all the smoothies I liked! So to sum it all up: We were very pleased of the stay and we will surely be back!

Breakfast very fine, with most of what you can wish for. The restaurant not too bad, and the meal we had was excelent. And the parking is free!

Rooms are acceptable for a short business trip, limited TV, wifi ok. Not sure if it was due to my trip being midweek, but the restaurant's alacarte menu consisted of one item a ''cheese burger''. There was a buffet available but with a very limited selection of items, usually fish and a meat with a choice of two or three vegetables plus salad. Breakfast was ok. When looking online for a hotel in the area, i suppose that there is not much choice, perhaps when its busy there is more choice for the food. But for my trip it was very disappointing. The staff were excellent and very helpful in all areas, even taking my beer from me when I was outside drinking it.

Dear Guest, Thank you for using of your time to send us a review. I am very sorry to read about your bad food experience. This is far off from how we strive to represent ourselves and how we have routines to provide great guest experiences, like good food servings. Our goal is definitely to give value for money and we are really sorry that your trip was disappointing. Glad to see that you enjoyed our staff and service. We wish for all our guests to travel home with a lasting impression of a stay that was time well and satisfactory spent and we hope that you will visit us again in the future. Have a nice summer.
