Location wise its good if you want to be close to Liseberg, Svenska Mässan osv. If you are lucky you get a room with a great view due to that its located on a hillside. The rooms are probably the smallest hotel rooms possible, but if you intend to only sleep here its totally fine. They could however have a refurbish soon because its a big 1980 feeling over the rooms. Service, breakfast, spa and gym are all very good and deserves to be mentioned. Wifi is for free, but the Telia login procedures are so annoying...

Especially rooms and bathrooms should be renovated immediately. Equipment from the 80's is very worn-out. Rooms are clean , high quality bedding and towels but quite dark , you will not find a place to read. WIFI is free and quick. Breakfast reach and tasty (except for coffee ).

Hotel is functional and good value for Money for business trips. Far from the citycentre, away from decent dining options, those with minimal time have no choice but to eat at the in-house restaurant. Service at the restaurant was incredibly slow to the point of being insulting. It took over 30 min between entering the restaurant and having my order taken. Service staff were much more attentive to male clients than the few women dining. The food was acceptable (some dirt in the seafood pasta) but overpriced for what it was and I was left hungry due to the small portion.
