With 164 rooms and 13 conference venues, Quality Hotel Nacka can accommodate anything from intimate meetings for just a few people to major events. We're flexible, experienced and always make sure you're getting the best venue for your event.
Conference rooms and meeting rooms
Meeting requirements vary, and we often get requests on the day of the actual meeting. We have several smaller meeting rooms, which are perfect for sales meetings or monthly board meetings. Our biggest venue, Atlas Diesel, is ideal for major exhibitions, trade fairs and other events. Atlas Diesel is also located next to our conference café, which means the two rooms can be combined for an event like an exhibition. If you're looking for a venue for training purposes then we have a large conference room on the 2nd floor that can be combined with smaller breakout rooms.
All of our meeting rooms have free WiFi, notepads and pens, a projector and a whiteboard. If you need anything else then we'll be happy to make the necessary arrangements.
Food and beverages
To keep creativity up throughout a long conference, you need to boost energy levels regularly, and the best way to do that is through good food and lots of coffee breaks.
We have a dedicated café next to our conference rooms, where our conference guests can top up on tea, coffee, fruit and - best of all – popcorn and ice cream.
Our popcorn and soft serve ice cream machines are always on, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to test the various different toppings! Pouring your own ice cream is great fun, even for adults!
Our restaurant can either serve a lunch buffet or the dish of the day, depending on what suits you best. For larger groups who prefer a lilttle more privacy, we're more than happy to serve you your meal in our Petersenska dining room.
Our biggest venue, Atlas Diesel, is our superstar when it comes to arranging successful events! We've organised a wide range of events in this venue, from trade fairs and product launches to exhibitions and gala dinners.
If you're planning to launch a new car model then this really is the ideal venue. With a large stage at ground level and double doors that open up to the car park, it's easy to just drive you're new gem straight in!
Quality Meeting Advisor
You'll be allocated your own personal Quality Meeting Advisor (QMA) when you book your conference, and their job is to ensure your event is as successful as possible. This project manager will help you plan and coordinate the perfect event according to your needs and preferences. They'll also be available throughout your event, to go through the day's agenda, to make sure all the necessary technology is in place and to deal with any other requests that may arise.
