Breakfast

When you have a long day ahead of you, it's important to get off to a great start. And for that you need a proper hotel breakfast! All our guests can enjoy our wonderful buffet breakfast with plenty of organic produce as part of an overnight stay.

Breakfast is served:

Monday – Friday: 6.30am - 9.30am
Saturday - Sunday: 7am – 10.30am

Parking

Parkman offers outdoor parking right next the hotel and around the Friends Arena. Please note that spaces cannot be reserved. You can use one of the Parkman machines or the EasyPark app to pay. Please be aware that the parking facilities may be closed during special events at the Friends Arena, so make sure to check the signs.

Other parking facilities

If all the spaces are taken, we recommend you to park at the Arena garage on Evenemangsgatan if you're planning to stay for more than two hours. Further information and prices can be found here. The Mall of Scandinavia's garage is ideal for short-term parking of less than two hours and you will be charged per half hour. Further information and prices can be found here.

Self-service check-in

If you prefer machines to people, or you simply don’t have time to queue, you can always check in using our smart self-service stations or your phone!

Gym

Our hotel gym features plenty of equipment for both cardio and weightlifting workouts. We also have two saunas, where you can relax tired muscles after a training session. The gym is free of charge for all our hotel guests. If you prefer to exercise outdoors, there are some great walks and jogging trails around the nearby Råstasjön Lake and Royal Hagaparken park. Please contact the reception for directions, maps and ideas.

Pet friendly

Bring along your best friend! Pets are more than welcome at our hotel, and can stay with you in your room for 300 SEK per stay, or 400 SEK per stay for two pets or more. Guide dogs are exempt of charges, but please make sure to bring the required certification. You should also contact us when you book your stay so that we can reserve a pet-friendly room for you.

Lounge 24

Should you get the cravings for something delicious during the day, in the evening or at night, we offer a wide variety of snacks, light meals, drinks and other necessities in Lounge 24 by the lobby. With Lounge 24 you can both sleep in and be a night owl. Welcome anytime!

WiFi

Our free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel. Connect to the QualityGuest WiFi network and log in using your email address, or your membership number. It couldn't be easier.
