Quality Hotel™ Florø

I stayed here for a business trip for only one night but it was great. The room had an excellent view out to sea and the ship I was going on. I was lucky to get breakfast out on the balcony by the docks since the weather was perfect. If that was the only thing then this would be a great stay but service by the reception was amazing as well and that is why I would recommend this place to others.

They charge the price of a full-service hotel, but offer the service and quality of a good hostel. The problem is that the price in no way matches the quality. This is what I wanted to say, but I am forced to write 200 characters to pist here. Finally.

The hotell was nicely situated on the pier in Florø. There is an outdoor restaurant along the shore. In the evening there was a smørgasbord. Unfortunately we had to eat inside because of possible foodthieves (seagulls). The food was good and plentyfull as was the breakfast the day after. The staff was very nice and serviceminded. The room was quite ok and wifi funcioned well. There were two good chairs in the room, which is nice since nobody has to sitt on the bed. The bathroom was ok. The room was not very clean. The toothglasses in the bathroom had not been cleaned since the privious guests (rests og toothpaste) and there was dust under the beds. Good and plentifull breakfast, but leftovers from the day before made it less appetizing. It was too warm inside of the hotell.

Out of the 3 hotels in Florø, this has the best location. You are in the harbour and next to the bus station. This is also where Hurtigruten docks (Or just in front) The hotel also offers a restaurant for dinner, Lunch and Breakfast.

Port side hotel overlooking the harbor of Fløro. Typical wooden traditional structure, spacious rooms, well equipped and very comfortable. Cozy atmosphere. Rich buffets breakfast with local bio food items. Tried the hotel restaurant, excellent wine selection and great dishes. Staff very polite, attentive and helpful. Well done. Definitely recommended.
