Our hotel restaurant Brasserie Britto is a popular meeting place for both our guests and residents of Linköping. The idea is that you get an overall experience when you visit our restaurant that would be difficult to replicate back home.
Our restaurant has room for 180 guests and is inspired by and named after the artist Romero Britto. The food is often based on classic taste combinations that have been spiced up with modern influences from around the world. We also organise banquets and other events for both small and large groups.
Our delightful outdoor terrace is located next to our restaurant and opens up towards Trädgårdsföreningen park in the summer time. Here you can enjoy food and beverages as you gaze out towards the greenery.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and if you stay at Quality Hotel Ekoxen a well-stocked breakfast buffet is always included. But you're also more than welcome even if you aren't staying with us! Here you can have scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, chipolatas, bacon, hot dogs, bread, yoghurt, cereal, and much more. Lots of our products and ingredients are also organic.
Monday to Friday we serve a lunch buffet consisting of the soup of the day, two hot dishes: one fish and one meat dish, as well as the daily vegetarian dish. Plus there's also a selection of fresh salads. Lunch always includes freshly baked bread, drink, coffee, home-made desserts and fruit. The thought behind our lunch buffet is delicious home-made Swedish fare.
Brasserie Britto serves an à la carte menu Monday to Saturday from 6pm. The choice includes well-prepared starters, mains and desserts. Treat yourself to a glass of wine, and our waiter will be more than happy to help you choose the right wine for your meal. Our chefs combine solid Swedish culinary skills with influences from, above all, Mediterranean cuisine.
