Booked this hotel as it was close to the Airport and we had a early morning flight the next day. It was made worst by the staff being on strike so the service was very poor. I felt that everywhere the hotel had a very damp / musty smell. The bar at night was dark and best described as resembling a dodgy dark sex club. The prices charged £7.25 for a beer and over £30 for a bottle of house wine were over the top. Also the food (buffet) was poor and all dried up. Would not rush back.

Beforehand , we have booked a triple room at Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen through booking.com. When we check into room 307 on 19 Mar around 5:10pm, there is only 1 set of towel and the extra bed is not set up. We called the Reception for another 2 set of towels, but we were told to go down to the reception to collect the towels ourselves as she explained that she was all alone. We also informed her that the shower head dropped off while showering. Thereafter, we request for a change of room. She agreed and asked us to bring all our luggages down by ourselves. So we did. When we were at the counter waiting for a change of room. We also requested for a room upgrade but in return, she wants us to top up a difference for a bigger room which we declined. Thereafter, we took the key for another room and brought up our luggages and towels on our own. When we reached the 2nd room 446, we were shocked to see there's no extra bed being set up for us so we called the reception again. She explained that she was alone again and need us to collect the foldable bed at the reception ourselves. We went down again and complained to her how would it be possible that she is the only staff in this entire hotel. She explained that it's Easter and a staff has left. She commented that if we did not want to bring our bed up to our room 446 ourselves, she can get someone else to bring it up for us but we have to wait. Her attitude towards us was really unprofessional, it made us upset with her bad attitude, bad service and lousy room given to us. We felt cheated and scammed staying at this "quality hotel". Not worth paying NOK1,145 and about SGD187 per night for a triple room at all!

Stayed there for an early bird flight in December. Serviceminded staff at check-in. Comfortable beds. The hotel offer free parking to all guest staying in connection to travel. Shuttle-bus just outside the entrance (70 NOK per person/way) Early bird breakfast offered - selection was ok, but I was missing day-fresh bread. Free wifi all over hotel. I will stay here next time I need accommodation and parking. The location is right in the middle of nowhere - only an Esso gas station and a McDonald in walking distance.

I stayed here in connection with a confernce/meeting. I was overall happy with the hotel, but the room was a bit work and had a damage in the wall from the door. Besides that it worked well. The staff was really nice and made up for the shortfall of a 30yo hotel.
