Our experienced therapists will take good care of you and ensure you enjoy a total spa experience in a relaxed environment.
The motto for our spa area is 'water as a source of health', and water activities make up a natural part of the experience. Here we offer many different types of exercise, both indoors and outdoors. Food at a spa hotel should be prepared with pure and natural ingredients, and there should be plenty of fruit and vegetables on your plate. Mind and body training is a natural part of our spa concept and includes, for example, yoga and meditation. Naturally we also have different spa treatments, such as remedy baths and massage for both the body and face. What all the treatments have in common is that they reduce stress whilst increasing a sense of well-being and relaxation.
You get the most out of your spa experience when your body and senses are completely relaxed, and your muscles are warmed up and ready to be treated. We have many exercise rooms and machines at our hotel, and we even have an exercise menu if that's something that appeals to you. Just head to our spa reception if you want to find out which exercises suit you and your goals.
Make the most of your treatment
Arrive at our spa reception at the latest 20 minutes before your treatment starts. You collect your bathrobe, slippers and towel from reception. Keep your underwear on under your bathrobe. Before your treatment, enjoy some fruit, tea or coffee in our waiting room until our therapist collects you at the agreed time.
Warm up your body
Once you have checked in, we recommend you visit our spa reception on the 2nd floor. Here you'll get information about our spa area and help to find your way around. To get the best results from your treatment we suggest that you either do an exercise session or have a steam bath or sauna before your treatment so that your muscles and joints are properly warmed up. Don't forget to take a shower before your treatment for your own sake as well as for the sake of the therapist.
Don't shower directly
After your treatment we recommend that you don't shower or bathe for a while, as you'll miss out on many of the long-term effects from the products used. Most spa treatments use products that should be left on the skin for several hours to get the best effects. Do not hesitate to ask your therapist for any further advice about how to get the most from your treatment!
