Our kitchen is the heart of the hotel. This is where we constantly discover new exiting taste combinations by combining ingredients from the area and adapting the menu to the season.
Our head of the kitchen, Marie Bergqvist, sets the menus with assistance from our sommelier and head of the restaurant, Petra Schwarzenberger. Both with the aim to give you an all round experience, including recommendations for beer, wine and alcoholic alternatives to best suite your prefered dishes. Our list of beverages is dynamic and constantly in change to be able to offer you new sensations and to keep a high quality.
