When you visit Yasuragi, you can enjoy food to satisfy all your senses. There are two restaurants here at the hotel and our Sake Bar boasts the longest sake menu in Sweden.
Restaurant
In our Hasu and Minamo dining rooms, we serve food inspired by modern Japanese cuisine. Our chefs combine distinct flavours and Japanese cooking techniques, executed with motional expression. We offer three different set menus for dinner.
Teppanyaki restaurant
In Japanese cooking, presentation is just as important as taste. In our Teppanyaki restaurant, each table has its very own chef who skillfully prepares the food on a sizzling grill in the middle of the table. The local and Japanese ingredients create a unique dining experience. We serve a set menu every day, taking inspiration from Japan and our surroundings.
Sake Bar
Just next to the Teppanyaki restaurant, you'll find the Sake Bar, offering Sweden's best and longest sake menu. Have a feel of the bottles, inspect the labels and delve into a world of wonderful rice wines. Our specially trained sake bartenders will guide you through our excellent selection of this Japanese national drink. In true Izakaya-spirit, we also serve Japanese snacks with the sake.
Saishoku restaurant
In the Saishoku restaurant, we are currently serving our Sen 鮮 menu, which means fresh ingredients in Japanese.
Drop by between and after you have been bathing and enjoy delicious sushi and raw food, have a glass of wine or why not order something to take home when you leave. The proximity to the Japanese baths allows you to slip in for a bite to eat without actually having to leave the baths.
Dress code
Please feel free to wear your yukata (Japanese cotton robe) in any of our restaurants - it's all part of the tradition when visiting a ryokan (traditional Japanese inn).
