You are welcome to store your luggage with us both before you have checked in and after you check out.

Our free wireless internet can be accessed from all of our hotel rooms and throughout the conference area. Log in by registerating on the network or use your membership number.
What to bring & what to wear
Staying at Yasuragi is easy, especially as you don't need to bring much! Guests will be given a yukata, a Japanese cotton robe, to wear when using the Japanese baths, participating in our activities or heading to a spa treatment. During meals, you can choose whether to wear the yukata or dress in your own clothes.
We also provide a good range of toiletries for your convenience. These include aromatic Nordic Swan Ecolabel bodycare products including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathing area.
Lost property
We take good care of everything that's left behind. Simply contact the reception and we'll do our best to help you locate any lost personal belongings.
Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to visit Yasuragi. Visitors of all ages are welcome to Yasuragi Kids during certain periods of the year.
