Guests are welcome to book a space in the hotel's heated garage on the ground floor, or park your car outside (engine heaters available).

Copperhill Mountain Lodge offers luggage storage after check-out.

Our free wireless internet can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel. Drop by reception for the access code or log in using your membership number.
Late check-out
A later check-out is possible subject to availability. Ask at reception on arrival.
Lost property
We take good care of everything that's left behind. Simply contact reception and we'll help you find it.
Childminding and dog walking
Contact the hotel if you need someone to take care care of the kids or take your dog for a walk.
Lift passes and ski hire
Book ski school, lift pass and ski hire at www.skistar.com. The lift pass is sent to your home address. You can collect ski equipment at SkistarShop on the ground floor of the hotel.
Seasonal opening hours
During the winter season the hotel is open every day. During autumn the hotel is open Thursday – Sunday (closes Sundays at 3pm), and for booked groups/conferences. The opening hours for our restaurants vary during spring, summer and autumn. Contact the hotel for our current opening hours.
